New York Attorney General vs. FanDuel, DraftKings Court Filings Revealed

DFS911.com, present at the Wednesday November 25 hearing to determine whether Daily Fantasy Sports sites FanDuel and DraftKings can continue to operate in the state of New York, has obtained the actual court filings pertaining to the case below.  

New York Attorney General vs. FanDuel – This MEMORANDUM OF LAW IN OPPOSITION TO FANDUEL’S MOTION FOR A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION was filed Tuesday November 24, one day ahead of the hearing. 

Jeff Williams, Legal Reporter for DFS911.com notes “It is customary for the counsel to file their documents in opposition close to the hearing date so not to tip opposing counsel to their strategy. “
